Donations

Donations made to The DeMarco Project are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can occur, and we are committed to addressing these situations on a case-by-case basis.

  • Error in Donation Amount: If you believe that an error has been made in the amount of your donation, please contact us at kim@thedemarcoproject.org within 30 days of the donation date.
  • Duplicate Donation: If you believe that you have made a duplicate donation in error, please contact us at kim@thedemarcoproject.org within 30 days of the donation date.

Refunds for donations will be processed as quickly as possible, typically within 5-10 business days after the request is approved.

Product Purchases

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with a product you purchased from us, we offer the following refund policy:

  • Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Events and Fundraising Activities

Tickets or fees paid for events and fundraising activities organized by The DeMarco Project are generally non-refundable. If an event is canceled by us, you will be offered a refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future event.
